The question many marketers ponder most: how much emailing is too much?
This is a controversial one that many marketers can’t seem to agree on. While 69% of email subscribers opted-out from business emails when they felt they were receiving too much, a study done by Mail Chimp showed that email frequency did NOT affect the unsubscribe rate.
Perhaps it has more to do with segmenting the audience & understanding what each one specifically wants, as stats show that targeted emails have a 40% higher open rate.
