International agency focusing on creating innovative eCommerce & web solutions is looking for a new project manager to join the team! eCommerce is the fastest growing industry since the pandemic hit & we focus on helping clients get successful online brands. With us, you will work in a fast-paced environment learning about many different industries. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED designer who has experience with eCommerce & CRO.

 

Responsibilities

  • create detailed wireframes with best User Experience in mind
  • create mockup designs for developers to make a reality
  • analyzing best UX for the product/brand
  • MUST have a good english level for client calls
  • Identify and resolve brand CRO challenges
  • Strategize with team on best sales strategy for store

 

What we look for

  • Bachelor's degree in business or design
  • Proven design experience (at least 2+ years)
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at a time
  • Calm, organized work manner
  • Experience working with remote teams
  • High-level English (written & spoken)
  • Experience working with Asana, Trello, Jira, Clickup or Monday
  • Strong skills in understanding buying behaviour

 

Bonus If...

  • Another European language
  • You have experience designing Shopify stores
  • You have a background in eCommerce (managing, owning, selling etc)
  • You have a background in marketing
