Clothing stores need to look absolutely stunning or they poorly represent the clothing line as well as not being "fashionable enough"

The Challenge

The business was relying a lot on in-person trade shows or over the phone to sell to retailers, but not taking full advantage of the B2C channel or the eCommerce store in general. There also wasn't a way to purchase online as a wholesale buyer.  The shop also had bugs and it was hard find items, which made it hard to convert when the items are of a higher price & shoppers could not trust the brand. 

Improved UX

One of the most important things when shopping for clothing is how easy shoppers can find & filter for what they are looking for. In this case on the collections page we made sure to include filters to help facilitate this. As more products are added this will be more & more effective.

Wholesale Channel

In order to be more efficient with B2B orders we created the wholesale channel on the Shopify store. This way even in person at trade shows orders can be done right on a table, and it even allows for new wholesalers to sign up worldwide.

We came in & consulted them on the right steps to increase conversion & build confidence in the brand overall. We changed the theme & completely redesigned the website to match the brand. We also created the wholesale feature to get orders all in one place (vs. just over the phone!)

The Result: 215% increase in sales within the first month!
